Are you sure???? That's 7 pounds a week!

I work out 7 days a week doing walk to home dvd's. I'm down 82lbs since 2/24

I'm 7.5 weeks post op and have lost 25 lbs.

I'm almost 5 weeks post-op and have lost 40#..

I am 12 1/2 weeks out and I am down 70 pounds, but I have trouble with food.

I'm 320 I need to be 180 please tell me what your brother did. I only need 140 lbs I think it's possible to do within 8 months?

I’m 5 1/2 months out down 64 pounds. Still have 30 to go.

I'm back to walking 6-7days per week/1 hour per day.

I weighed 222.4 on surgery day (Feb. 20, 2018)

At 6 months I'd lost about 58lbs (weighed 164.6lbs) of my 72lbs that I'd set for 1st Goal (1st goal=150lbs).

Now at 12 months (coming in 2 weeks), I'm working on my second goal: 140lbs and today I'm 6.8lbs away from reaching it. I doubt I will pull it off in 2 weeks, but I'm pretty close to being able to call 2nd Goal. I reached first goal on 11/02/18.

Wow! Awesome weight loss everyone! I'm currently debating between bypass and the sleeve, but leaning more towards the bypass. What made you all choose the bypass over the sleeve?

Bypass- better weight loss. Better long term success. One operation which seems everyone is being revised to RNY anyway! Malabsorption to help absorb less calories!!

I startet at 399 pounds. In 6 months I lost 145 pounds an I a year I lost 216 pounds... now I’m stable at 194 pounds for one year
