  21. HOping I can find strength within. My grandmother is not doing very well and I am her caregiver during the day. She has pretty much given up. Sitting in the hospital is hard. The food there Is NOT healthy which I don't get at all. I can't exercise there and when I get home I have my family to take are of. UGH! I'm hoping I can stay on track and plan things out I'm packing my lunch so I don't have to worry about that. The other day I just sat there and remembered that just 1 floor up was where I had my sugery and that I'm glad I didn't wait that she got to see me healthy with my diabetes under control. She has always been my biggest cheerleader so maybe the strength I need will be in making her proud and doing this!
