I'm not proud of this....but....

On Sunday morning, I made pancakes for the kids. I ate a pancake with them. It was delicious. Warm....with yummy syrup. Most carbs I have eaten in months.

Made me so damn sick. I know better than that! Why did I have to "see what would happen"?

Anyway, I think I am cured from pancakes! UGH!

Care to share your "see what would happen" food?

10 months out and can eat 3 pieces <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Tried it round month 8 and could only eat the insides.

Dang it! Lol

Has anyone tried sushi? I miss sushi so much. Lol blahhhh

The worst part about sushi for me, is it is REALLY hard to eat it in small bites...but it doesn't upset my stomach at all unless I take a bite too big

I also have a sleeve of Steele!!! I can eat anything and have not gotten sick yet. That is good and bad but I have to be in control and remember what got me here in the first place...

I love sushi. But I usually get sashimi or a hand roll. It seems to have less rice and I can eat 1.

I can not eat anything with splenda. Which happens to be in a LOT of foods. My sleeve HATES splenda with a passion.

I'll have to try that! Have you tried using Splenda?

Have you tried truvia? It's stevia, a natural sweetener. It's the only artificial sweetener that doesn't give me a headache.

Sleeve of steel here too! I would like to say I have been perfect but I have not. However I would like to point out that I had a rough day today and ended at 960 calories and 89 grams of protein (high carb/slider crap) anyway a bad day a month ago was 3000-4000 calories and myfitnesspal still yelled at me for lack of calories. Tomorrow will be better!

I also have a sleeve of steel... I thought I would have problems eating nuts and I didn't.... My boyfriend bought me a sausage on a stick and one piece of the sausage was enough to hurt me so bad....oh I can't do refried beans but I can eat the whole beans....weird

Other than that I can eat anything...smh

Never trust a fart........ love that one. It happened to me today, AT WORK. No clean undies with me either. Well, starting tomorrow, I will have some in my car.

My hubby had sushi at 3 1/2-4 months with no issues. I had a bite of rice yesterday 6 weeks out, no issue. You just have to chew chew chew!

I so wish I had negative reactions to eating things we shouldn't eat. I totally have a sleeve of steel too. Have not gotten sick once since surgery.

Also have sleeve of steel it seems.... Figures.

I had gotten coleslaw as a starter at a diner made me vomit, had to run out of the diner before my son even got his meal. Luckily I made it home before I started vomiting and got the spins.

I ate a juicy peach, well never again lol. OH WAIT Popeye's chicken strips and onion rings, not again. I wax soooo sick I had just lay down fof a while, lesson learned. :)

I had some sugar free pudding maybe 2 oz first time, second time I was able to eat a little more OMG it was so painful. I was stuck to the toilet all evening.
