  1. Lmao. You guys are hilarious. The icky breath sucks, but I keep it under control with lister one breath strips.
  2. Some places let you order a la carte. So when we go to steakhouses and stuff I'll usually get a cup of soup and a shrimp skewer or something. Most places are pretty understanding.
  3. I take the gnc women's ultra mega. It has everything my old Bariatric advantage chewables had and then some. I hated the chewies though. I would get sick to my stomach every time.
  4. Ugh I had the same issue with BA. I ended up going to gnc and getting their daily multivitamin. It has all the same stuff. It's a quick release capsule, I take two in the am and two at night. Now I'm better.
  5. Do you guys snack? Did your doctor say it was ok?
  6. Yes it will! I wish you the best. Watching the weight drop is the most amazing feeling.
  7. I put a capful of miralax in my chamomile tea every night and I go poopie every day. Good luck!
  8. That's amazing!!! Congratulations!!
  9. I love premier protein!! Taste like a milkshake without that overwhelming sweetness. It's my breakfast every morning. And it's 30g of protein for 11 oz.
  10. No way Jose! My cousin had it. He was about 500 pounds. Only lost about one fifty, started eating crazy again, and now he's back close to his starting weight. Not to mention he had sooooo many complications.
  11. Oh okay! So we're like a week apart. I know the week before my cycle was awful. I felt extra heavy and super bloated. I could see it in my feet and face and everything. I KNOW I wasn't losing then. I hope it's not like that every month
  12. Thanks!! Lol ummm it also helps that I don't have a scale nor do I plan on getting one soon. I just know in the beginning the weight is up and down and I don't want to get all crazy obsessed.
  13. Today marks one month that I gave myself a second chance at a normal life I'm so excited for this coming year. But for now, I'm thankful for the little changes I feel and see in my body. I haven't weighed myself since my post op appointment and I refuse to until I go back on the 22nd. 10 days after surgery I was down 20 pounds. So I don't know where I'm at now but I'm excited to find out!!
