  1. Has anyone found a multivitamin that doesn't make you puke?
  2. Will I ever be able to drink liquids normally again? I've always been a big water drinker but these little sips are killing me! I use to drink half a water bottle in one go. Now I get thirsty and I forget about the surgery and get sick from drinking to fast. SO FRUSTRATING!
  3. OMG now I can't til tues! I'm getting hungry now lol
  4. Any suggestions for purées?
  5. How can I be hungry but feel full at the same time. Today marks 1wk post op
  6. Omg I feel the same way. My mom makes amazing food and it is killing me! I'm not starving but I look like a starving person when I watch them eat lol. What I've been doing (a little gross) is just chewing on a little peice of food to get the flavor then spit it out. It helps a little lol
  7. Did he say what might be causing the lightheadedness?
  8. I'm trying to drink my water like I should but I am still getting a little lightheaded. Is 24oz to little to have had by 3pm if I woke up at 8am?

  10. I was just discharged yesterday afternoon and today all I've had to drink is 1 water bottle. Big mistake! I'm really lightheaded now. So remember drink your water and don't count your shakes or soups toward your water consumption. The more water the better! Good luck!
  11. Im so happy to be home! They had to keep me an extra day, my nausea was so bad I could barely keep down a sip of water but now I'm home! Having a little difficulty w/ my protein shake. It's taken me 4hr to drink 3oz. Anyone else having the same problem? And UNFORTUNATELY my hunger switch was not turned off and I can't wait til I can have puréed food. Already down 20lbs from my starting weight in May. Yay! Lol. Well I want to know how my fellow oct sleevers are doing! Any tips for this newbie?
  12. Don't mean to be gross, but is anyone else having trouble pooping on the pre op diet? I'm either constipated or not going at all and I'm feeling bloated. Is this normal or am I just weird?

  14. I start liquids tmw but I started trying the shakes about 3 wks ago. I really like dymatize elite protein powder. I really don't get hungry for a couple of hrs after I drink it. And no aftertaste. Believe me I can be a bit of a baby and a picky eater lol so if I like it, it is worth a try
  15. My surgery is on the 15th of this month. The only thing they had me stop taking was my naproxen but I was able to switch to ultrum until after the surgery. They said my Cymbalta was ok. Anything aspirin or ibuprofen based is out because it thins your blood. And you only have to stop 10 day before the surgery, although I know it can seem like forever if u can have your pain meds
