DRINK DRINK DRINK

I was just discharged yesterday afternoon and today all I've had to drink is 1 water bottle. Big mistake! I'm really lightheaded now. So remember drink your water and don't count your shakes or soups toward your water consumption. The more water the better! Good luck!

Yeah, I really focused on water the first couple weeks. It came before anything else. At one point (day 5 thru day 13) I went straight water. I was struggling with anything protein related I was going crazy. I felt much better being well hydrated and once I was cleared to soft foods I was great.
