    Some places let you order a la carte. So when we go to steakhouses and stuff I'll usually get a cup of soup and a shrimp skewer or something. Most places are pretty understanding.

    I take the gnc women's ultra mega. It has everything my old Bariatric advantage chewables had and then some. I hated the chewies though. I would get sick to my stomach every time.

    Ugh I had the same issue with BA. I ended up going to gnc and getting their daily multivitamin. It has all the same stuff. It's a quick release capsule, I take two in the am and two at night. Now I'm better.

    No way Jose! My cousin had it. He was about 500 pounds. Only lost about one fifty, started eating crazy again, and now he's back close to his starting weight. Not to mention he had sooooo many complications.
