  1. I also have a sleeve of Steele!!! I can eat anything and have not gotten sick yet. That is good and bad but I have to be in control and remember what got me here in the first place...
  2. It is hard to believe I have lost 74 lbs!! I love my new self !!! Surgery date was May 24th HW:268 SW: 238 CW: 195
  3. Yes I am also still on mine. I had asked the Dr about that and I was told I will have to be on them the rest of my life because the weight loss has nothing to do with Thyroid like it does with other medical issues.... So I guess I am stuck but at least it is a tiny pill....
  4. I was sleeved around 5pm on Friday 5/24 and left the hospital by 5pm on Saturday 5/25. No complications or pain. Never did take any pain medication in the hospital or at home and did take nausea medication right before I left to go home just in case for the car ride....
  5. My Dr emailed back and he uses a 40f Bougie. I guess that is pretty standard for Kaiser from what I was told.... I was glad to hear that is what was used....
  6. Very interesting... I had no idea about this until reading this thread so needless to say I have just emailed my Dr.... Thanks for the thread as I am very curious now. I was sleeved on 5/24 and have had no issues or complications...
  7. Sleeved 5/24 HW 268 SW 238 CW 223 I am having a hard time with the liquid stage. Get to move to purée tomorrow!!!
  8. I too get sick every time I try the Bariatric Advantage chewable multi vitamin. That is the only think I have gotten sick with. I stopped taking them and went with the Centrum chewable....
