Hello I had my surgery on 8-27-13. I called It a birthday gift lol. My birthday was 8-30. So I know I can't eat Popeye chicken strips and peaches. I found out I can eat stick pretzels and humus so delicious. I'm so happy I had the surgery. -

I don't have that problem yet. Are you eating acidic food or sauce. I think it's best to ask your doctor. I pray you find what it takes to relieve your discomfort.

I ate a juicy peach, well never again lol. OH WAIT Popeye's chicken strips and onion rings,not again. I wax soooo sick I had just lay down fof a while,lesson learned. -
Calcium citrate +D is taken twice a day two hours a part. The liquid multivitamin I take my b12 with my biotin. My doctor said to take the multivitamin in the morning. Also drink your protein shakes and stay hydrated. Walk walk walk.I have to tell myself lol
