8 days post-op and down 10 lbs. I am starting to struggle with the liquids but I am getting there. Wish I could relax and stop worrying about when I lose 75 lbs! Taking it a day @ a time. Jogged for the first time yesterday, did it again today. I NEVER thought I'd say that!

Jogged!?! I'm impressed. I doubt I will be doing that any time soon, ok, maybe never. How in the world did you mange to be able to jog this soon out of surgery?

Lol! Well it was more like a walk/jog but it was more than I have ever done before! I walk about 2 minutes, then jog for two, then keep switching. I am still getting used to exercising, but I am down 31 lbs total and feel great!

Nearly 3 weeks post op. Down 30lbs but very tired. Anyone else feeling this way. Having a hard time trying to get in the fluids

My surgical date was Aug 26th. I will be on protein shakes, crystal light, chicken broth, and ice pops for three weeks. I lost 30 pounds in the run-up to the surgery and since the surgery another couple of pounds. Looking lose 100 over time.

That's wonderful! Congrats!
