I can't see tickers on my iPad <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />

I want to get this started bc my insurance covers the TT if skin is low enough. Well by fat stomach hangs that far so I imagine my skin will too. Lol

What insurance do you have? I'm hoping for a TT as well :)

Sorry' date=' I forgot about not being able to see the tickers on the vst app. I also use my iPad, and if you go to the actual vst website the tickers show up. I love looking at everyone's tickers!

That is awesome your insurance covers a TT! Mine will only cover a panniculectomy I'm going to see how much extra it'll cost to do a TT at the same time. Hopefully I'll be able to afford it. I'd rather get them done at the same time.

Here's my stats:

5'5"

Starting 268lbs 44.59bmi

Day of surgery 260lbs

Current 155lbs. 25.79bmi

Goal 140lbs

Date of surgery 11/16/2010

[/quote']

What are tickers? And what is TT? Sorry I was just curious :)

Tickers are the little charts on the bottom of peoples posts that show there progress. They are only visible on the website not on the apps.

TT is a Tummy Tuck.< /p>

I have blue cross of IL. My biggest worry right now is the insurance changes that are going to be made. I would be devastated to lose all kinds of weight with the hope of a TT through insurance and then it changes.

I'm 5'4.

Starting weight at surgery? 360

Weight lost? I'm at 305 so that's 55 lbs

Months since sleeve? 5 months (April 8 2013)

I actually gained 15 lbs after surgery, then once I lost that 15 lbs I stalled for a month! My weight loss would be much more if that hadn't happened!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
