I've decided after much struggle with weight loss to turn to Lap Band. My latest frustration was working out 5 times a week, eating 1200 calories and only reaching a 12 lb weight loss. A friend of mine did the same (but wasn't as disciplined as I was) lost 40. I'm praying this is the aid i need to get where I want to be. I'm starting to get nervous as I've heard nothing but negative lately in regards to the band.
