I was banded oct 14. HW 288. SW 276. Weight now is 218. 70 pounds gone and not coming back.

But look for a little help--- I can't lose. Have only lost 10 pounds since January.

I have increased exercise but can't lose anymore.

It is so hard to get my docs office to give me a fill. Any suggestions are appreciated.

SuperKen and Jinxxy5 you both look great! I'm doing good so far kind of got off track for a minute but I'm back on track now. I promise not to step on the scale again until the end of the month since I got OCD doing it Lol! Went from a 22 to 14!

I had my surgery oct 3, 2013 and I've lost 78 lbs but Am stock now. I gain 1 or two lbs then I lose it and gain it back but I cant seem to continue losing. Any one has any advice for me?
