Yes I love it to it has changed my life that's for sure I don't regret anything at all. Yea I did lose a lot pretty fast but I have slowed down now. I still have bout 70 more to go.

I love my sleeve and I wouldn't change a thing and yes I do feel so much better ... But my biggest problem is eating too fast, I need to slow down
