    I never used any pain meds once I left the hospital, had zero pain when I got home, only fatigue and weakness for a while. Best thing I have ever done for myself!!!! Would do it again 1,000 times Good luck!!!!! It changes your life in such a positive way!!!! Sent from my iPhone using VST

    Everyday is different still for me and I'm 3 months out. Yes I hate the whole 8oz yogurt at 2 weeks out and it's fine. I buy carb master yogurt so it only has 4 carbs and 9g of Protein. As long as u are eating good protein it's ok. No worries!!! Sent from my iPhone using VST
