Hi Lisa! Completely get you......I am considering Mexico right now. Quote in states was 15 large! Waiting for two quotes from Mexico now. Looking at dr. S in Monterray based on feedback here and obesity help site. So far....about 8 large. Hugely different Likely January .....if anyone is looking for a buddy on their trip in January look me up!

You stayed 10 days? I have been getting quotes also in US. Lower body lift including back 12,000! Breast are 6! Have not even asked about legs yet

I am not Vegen but do use vegan protein. Love the flavor of arbonne (mail order). Vanilla and chocolate best ever!

Likely not hunger. . May be stomach acid. Try a low dose antacid. Or drink! Can mean not enough fluid. This too shall pass. I has that off and on for 2 months. I am 7 out and problem comes and goes randomly.

No regrets. No complications. Only regret was not trying to understand why I eat. I am now but should have sooner. Surgery did not make my desire to TURN to food less. It makes me consume less makes me try to determine what is making me run to the fridge (thank goodness o ly sugar free Popsicles are there). Date nite seems like a challenge some days.....but I eat so little hubby gets his faves all the time...bonus for him. . Down to 170. 15lbs from goal. Would have surgery again tomorrow
