Stuck in a stall this week and ate scallops from Outback Sunday night (they have like 2000 mg sodium in them) so I knew I'd be heavier yesterday morning. Next week will look better!! I'm determined to get 30 pounds off by July 4!

I set a pretty lofty goal for myself, and I still have to lose 5lbs a week for the next 6 weeks to meet it, so I gotta keep moving.

Well, I dropped out only b/c I'm doing a lot of weight training & my weight stays same or goes up sometimes due to muscle gain, but this is an excellent idea & Best of luck to you all!!! Go for it!! :-)

After starting out going the wrong direction Monday and Tuesday, ended up salvaging the week with a 4 pound loss! Just 10.9 more to go to make goal by July 4! We can do it!!!

Increased exercise and Protein helped me break a week stall, good luck everyone!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
