  1. Sleeved April 11th and down 70 pounds at 6 months out!!
  2. At the end of the day its all about what you feel comfortable with. I told a handful of people at work, but I'm sure the information has flowed through the grapevine. And at this point I am so happy with the progress it does not even matter what people think.
  3. Heaviest: 261 Day of Surgery 4/11: 245 As of yesterday 6/20: 219 26 pounds down since surgery and doing great!!
  4. I am 9 weeks out today, and have been averaging about 3-4 a week, but slow and steady wins the race. And I don't want the "bobble head" look you get when weight drops off too fast.
  5. July 4th will be here before we know it.
  6. Increased exercise and protein helped me break a week stall, good luck everyone!
  7. I set a pretty lofty goal for myself, and I still have to lose 5lbs a week for the next 6 weeks to meet it, so I gotta keep moving.
  8. Lost 3 pounds this week. It's not alot, but it was good to break my 3 week stall.
  9. Love the document and I'm up for the challenge.

  11. Centrum has a liquid Multivitamin that has been helpful for me. I found it at Rite Aid. It does not taste the best, but it goes down easy. Good luck.

  13. My surgery was on April 11th and I have the mirena IUD. My doctor never expressed any concern before or after surgery, and things went well for me. Since having the mirena I rarely have menstrual cycles, but the surgery brought it on. However, I hear that menstration after surgery is normal.
  14. My surgery was this past Thursday, April 11th and when I woke up I felt soreness, gas pain and nausea, but that was about it. All those feelings were managed with medication and there were no complications. Thank God.
