Co-workers are starting to notice weight loss!
At the end of the day its all about what you feel comfortable with. I told a handful of people at work, but I'm sure the information has flowed through the grapevine. And at this point I am so happy with the progress it does not even matter what people think.

Centrum has a liquid Multivitamin that has been helpful for me. I found it at Rite Aid. It does not taste the best, but it goes down easy. Good luck.

Mirena During Surgery
My surgery was on April 11th and I have the mirena IUD. My doctor never expressed any concern before or after surgery, and things went well for me. Since having the mirena I rarely have menstrual cycles, but the surgery brought it on. However, I hear that menstration after surgery is normal.

What did it feel like when you woke up from surgery?
My surgery was this past Thursday, April 11th and when I woke up I felt soreness, gas pain and nausea, but that was about it. All those feelings were managed with medication and there were no complications. Thank God.
