Hello everyone!

I am 9 months out and usually try to post before and afters every month just so I can see how I'm progressing. I have to say this is the best thing I've ever done for me! I'm so blessed to not have had complications as some have and I thank the Lord everyday for this blessing.

Aww thank you! I've had other friends tell me that but I don't really see it but it is definitely a compliment! Thank you so much.

Thank you everyone! My weight loss is slowing down so I need all the inspiration I can get. Sometimes I feel as if I will stop losing and start to gain. That is my worse fear. I know I've lost a lot but we all want to make it to goal. I realize it has only been 9 months and I still have until May for my 1 year and I hope I can start to lose again. I know I won't be at goal but anything is ok with me.

I know the first thing we should mention is how fabulous your weight loss is ( and it is!!! ) but I looked at your photo and thought wow she has amazing hair. I want your hair, or just some of it would do. It's like TV commercial quality, lol.

Oh, your hair is fantastic! I would be thrilled to have half of it! My hair is thin and I worry about the possible hair loss but am doing everything I can to make my chances better for no loss.
