I know we need to drink lots during the day. I've been doing Water with the Mio sweet tea mix-ins but frankly I'm getting burned out on those. Anybody have any other suggestions?

I've discovered 4C packets...they come in a variety of flavors, and I've yet to find one that I don't like. Propel Zero flavor packets are also good (the berry, at least), if you can find them. (The 4C is cheaper than both Propel Zero and MiO.) I also drink decaffeinated hazelnut coffee, a variety of hot tea flavors, and include my daily Protein Shake (for breakfast) in my Fluid intake. I can't get past the aftertaste of Vitamin Water Zero, and Isopure (RTD) is absolutely hideous (but some like it...it might be worth a try, and you can kill two birds (liquid and protein) with it, if you can stand the taste). Best of luck!

I stick to Water with ocean spray flavor packets most of the time. When I feel like I need something different I'll grab a Gatorade G2.

Right now I am drinking Decaf fresh brewed ice tea. Unsweetened with a squeeze of lemon. Hitting the spot.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
