  1. As far as other pills, I'm sorry I can't help. . Good luck!
  2. I did the Flintstones ones... They tasted awful but they were the only ones I could get down...
  3. I'm taking calcium supplements, 2 multis a day, 1omeprazole, and a sublingual B12.
  4. How far out are you? It took me about 3 months.

  6. I was a 38F back in 06 until I had a reduction to a 38DD. My plastic surgeon told me that my breasts were fibrous and wouldn't get smaller if I lost weight. He was wrong. They used to be nice and full and now they're those ski slope kind where they just sort of go down and then tip back up. I hate them. My husband says its no big deal but it is to me. He said that as soon as I'm ready he'll buy me some new boobs. Good man!
  7. How much time should you wait after surgery to get a lift/augmentation? I'm 5 months out and down 45 pounds. My breasts are shrinking and it's driving me crazy.

  9. It's been 5 weeks and a few days for me and I'm doing well. Anyone else out there sleeved on August 2?

  11. Stepped on the scale this moring and was 199! I'm 5 weeks out and down 23 pounds. It's going slowly for me but it's going and that's what counts.
  12. I don't think so. For example, decaf tea with Splenda. I drank that before and liked it. Now it just tastes really, really bitter.
  13. I've heard lots of people say that after surgery, their tastes changed. Sometimes a food they liked before, they don't like anymore or vice versa. Has anyone ever heard WHY tastes change? I know mine certainly have, I'm just not sure why.
  14. My favorite thing to eat has become saltines and cheddar cheese cubes... I can only eat a few before I'm full but I LOVE the taste...

  19. I was told not to drink 30 minutes either side of eating too but my NUT said that if I needed a sip of water to help things rinse down, that was OK... Hope this gets better for you...
  20. I'm 4 weeks out and yes, it gets easier... I've actually cried over this food thing... I have to chew and chew and chew and wait and wait and wait... It takes me 20 minutes or so just to eat a little bit of food and then sometimes it feels like it's sitting in the middle of my chest and I have to wait for it to go down... My mom had this done last October and she eats what she wants when she wants... She keeps telling me that this is the hardest time and to just stick with it... It gets better, really...

  23. My doctor did the surgery using 1 port in my belly button. I had heard he did this and wanted it! I've healed very well and I love not having scars.
  24. Today I'm a month and a day out. I'm off my bp meds and my cholesterol meds. I'm down a pants size and feeling pretty good. I started off at 222 and this morning I was 200. I'm so close to onederland I can taste it! I'm so glad I did this. There have been rough days and I still struggle, but the benefits outweigh the drawbacks for me. Oh, the pic where it's the m ost obvious to me is the one from behind. I never realized I was that wide.
