What does your diet consist of now?

Never get tired of hearing the kind words I posted a pic of me kinda showing my tummy I have some but to me very little my diet. Lol consist of as much protien I can eat I always eat meat first I try and drink water to stay hydrated I do still drink protien shake for vit and protien and I have cookies lol it's like I have to have one or two a day Ask any question y'all want. I wish I found this sight while I was going thru there were days I thought what have I done but let me tell u well worth the result I feel fantastic. Thank y'all again
