Hello, my hair loss was horrible.. I always had long beautiful hair.. Around 4 months it started falling out really bad!!! My hair brush and tub were full.. I was taking my daily Protein 60-80, Biotin, and skin/nails/ hair pill, and b12. I am 9 months out and finally started seeing new growth... So happy about that as I have been super excited to show my family. Don't worry about because no one will noticed! Hope this helps!

It's not the same thing... He didn't relate them however it was the only way I could describe my pain until we figured out what was going on.

My doc said is was out patient and be will be using the same scars !! That's great to heard that u are doing well!

I rarely use milk if mag , as for the fiber and stool softener I do daily as I am anemic and take lots I fiber which makes your stool horrible.. Everything was approved by my doctor until my iron levels improve.

Anyone else had it removed? I have had bad pains right under my breast bone! It feel like horrible stomach pains. After ultrasound and other testing. I find out that I have stones and they will need to remove the whole gull bladder?

After much pain and thinking that I had horrible heartburn. I found out that I have stones in my gull bladder . They will be removing it and I just can't believe that I have to go under again! Anyone else had this?

Hey guys thank so much for your respond! After the results came back I was told that I have gull bladder stones! I will be having surgery to get that removed! My doctor told me this can happen after a person loses alot of weight! I am about 6.5 months out from my surgery! If anyone else has these pains my suggestion would be to get check out just in case before it gets worse!

Hello, I have had the same problems. They told me to drink milk of magnesium. In addition since I have to take 3 Iron pills a day, I take a stool softener and fiber gummies!

Lynda, I totally agree its so much cheaper for smaller clothing. Pf Chang sounds so good now. I have had their mini desserts! The PB dessert is so filling , you won't be able to eat the whole thing.. Trust me!! Maybe in your previous life.. One of my favorite things are heels now- they r so much easier to wear and they look great... Makes every out look a lot better and hotter!!

I have had such horrible stomach acid, they r doing a variety of tests most recently an ultersound. I am on a couple of different acid pills. I have such horrible pains that start right by my breast bone and it stings, I can't breath and I get horrible cold sweats. Has anyone else has these symptoms?

So vday is around the corner and I am super excited. I got a c new dress and heels! Last year it wasn't that exciting as I was at my highest weight. So what is everyone doing? A lot of us will be going out for dinner! What do u plan on ordering? Wearing? Doing? How is is different from last years! For me personally many things have changed a big one that I weight 70lbs less!! ❤B

Six months on 12/25/12 and so far I am 62lbs down. My weight loss has slowed down drastically!! So far life has changed in a lot. I feel much better and am able to do many new things... My doctor would like to see me lose an additional 38lbs in the next six months. Goals 2013: 100 carbs 60-80 protein

Thank you guys for all of the suggestions and ideas.. I really need to get rid of the scale.. It's leaving the bathroom and being moved to the closest ... I need to stop thinking about it !!! Thanks guys, <3 B

Hey Guys, So I am kinda stuck here.. I haven't lost any weight within the last 3 weeks. However I started lifting and working on P90x? I don't understand because I haven't lost anything but actually gained 2 lbs? Anyone else have the same thing happen to them? I did not measure myself which I should have.. I will start today.. Any suggestions or tips?

They only had me taking an anti acid for 6 weeks.. However not it has gotten really bad where my whole stomach hurts.. I have had it before and it was no big deal. I pop a Pepcid and within 5 mins I am fine.. However since the sleeve.. I worry, how is this affecting me?

Anyone having stomach acid/ acid reflux? It's getting sometimes to bad that I have to take Pepcid.. Anyone else have this ?

Since I have had my surgery there are so many small things I am grateful for: crossing my legs, painting my toe nails , walking my puppy and not breathing heavy, and fitting into a smaller size:. Finally my first pair of designer jeans.. Live is beautiful and amazing... What are some of the things that you are grateful? Share your small .... <3 B victories...

Hey guys, My doc has me on Biotin and hair/nails/skin pills . In addition you may want to take a Iron pill along with Vitamin c for better absorption. Honestly I have been taking biotin since day one a still experiencing hair loss.. I think it will happen to everyone..or at least majority of us!!! Good luck!' B
