Today is Independence Day and it will forever have a second meaning for me. Today I weighed in at 199.8!! It's been 8 years since I have been below 200lbs! I am finally feeling my freedom from the obesity hell I have been living in. I feel strong and proud. Happy Independence Day everyone!!!
