Hello my VST family before surgery I used to eat special k Protein plus which I loved but being out for 3 months I have not tried it I was wondering if anyone have and what was ur experience

I LOVE the Special K Protein! One serving has 10 grams of Protein and when you add 1/2 cup of mil you have about 15 grams of protein for breakfast! Very low carb too!

So we can eat Cereal with milk? I assumed not since it goes against not eating and drinking at the same time . This will be such good news if so.

I was ok'd to eat cereal and milk tarting week 5....haven't tried it yet, but gotta get me some of this special k protein!

Thanks for this I am going to look for that in my local store tomorrow. I hope they have ti since I live in the middle of no where.

I've never seen Special K Protein. I have seen plenty of Special K, but none of it says protein on it.
