Asking For A Friend Who Is Self-Pay.....cost And Recommendations?

I was sleeved in Germany 6 months ago and I have a friend who has watched me become happier, healthier and slimmer.....she is self-pay so she will have to go it on her own......could have it done in Alaska, Mexico, or Hawaii......can she have this done for $10K or less? Also, any doctor recommendations?

I went to dr Lopez corvala in tiajuana, 7000. The care was absolutely awesome, you have your own nurse, he comes to explain everything to u, it was the most fabulous experience, plus after care u can call them anytime with questions

I wasnt comfortable traveling to Mexico so I had it done here at home (Dallas area). Awesome doctor. Dr. Zackhour. 9550

Holy crap! $13,800 in Baton Rouge! I got taken for a ride, I'm thinking...

Where in Houston Is it 4300 ?

Right...

Where in Houston?? I guess I didn't check thoroughly enough in the states!!

Dr. Aceves in Mexicali, Mexico. $8750. One pre-op night in a hotel, 3 nights in a hospital. I had no nausea, no complications, and Dr. Aceves has done about 3000 sleeves. He's the guy other surgeons refer their patients to when they have a tricky case.

I would go to Mexico but nobody we come with me and I dont have that much money on me.

No one will go with me either cause the doctor I want to go to is in Tijuana!!! WOOOOO. SO SCARY! Anyway, I have to save more money first :(( but I am a strong person when it comes to doing things alone. It's less complicated! Anyway, for all of you who have had it done already...JEALOUS!

I'm jealous too ! ;/

Self pay $15,000 in Vegas

Self pay in Kansas. About $13,000.

But for those who don't want to go to Tijuana alone; maybe I should hook you up with my friend and you can do it together....she probably won't be ready until the fall because she has to work all summer. let me know if you're interested.....it helps to have a support system. She's been reading my weekly blog and she is so stoked to do this....we went to High School together and have always fought our weight. She doesn't know about the blog yet, but will get on it when she gets back home from her time here in Hawaii.

For those of you who are not yet sleeved, your time will come and it will all be worth the wait!
