I wanted to start a forum for members who are pre or post op and are 5'2" and under. I am 4'9" and post-op. In 4 months, I have lost over 50 lbs and would like to connect with others of my body type so we can compare stories and support each other.

I officially hit a 100 pound weight loss today!!!! I am so excited!!! I weighed in at 141.

I want to put on my dancing shoes!!!

Hi, ladies--I'm 5'2", which is actually a whole inch taller than I always thought I was--maybe when I gained weight during my 30's, the soles of my feet thickened?

I'm a new pre-op'er, have all my psych and nut appointments lined up for the next three weeks or so, hoping to take The Big Leap sometime this summer, since I'm a teacher and would appreciate having the time to recover. It's a scary, exciting, nervewracking time...it's good to find a gathering place for the shawty sleevers!

Me too I'm 5" I started 2/26/13 Im pretty much done with most of my doctor appts just seeing the NUT every 2 weeks ... waiting to hear from the insurance , my surgeon is pushing for 6/3 ????
