What is a good substitute for mayonnaise to use in my chicken salad tuna salad shrimp salad a salad. 3 weeks post op today

Dr. Lavin did my sleeve 3 weeks today. I live in franklinton and work in covington . I lost and never want to find 22 pds today. Not to keen about dr. Lavin and his staff. No support. I am on soft foods. I need a Substitute for mayonnaise to make my chicken, tuna and egg salads.

Any excersise?

I am six days out and I have the same issues. I don't know if I am having hunger pains or acid reflux pains.

Post sleevers. HELP. Not sure if its from the surgery or gas. How do I tell the difference in the pain. I was sent home with loratab liquid but don't want to get hooked on it. What else could I do beside walk for the pain Thanks Cat

I am Monday as well since yesterday I have been so nervous that I am spending most of the time in the bathroom. It's 8;30 Sunday morning and I don't want to get out of bed. Just want to sleep this day away. This time tomorrow I'll be prepping for surgery. Yay

I am at pre op now Can't believe It's finally here. Just 4 more days to my rebirth day

Tomorrow is my pre op at the hospital. Monday the 6th is my rebirth day.

I am sleeving May 6. Yay... What should my intake numbers be pre-op. calories, carbs, protein sugars. Buying my supplies this weekend and need to know what limits to stay within

Got my date today may 6th. 5'2 254 and that will be my highest weight. All down hill now.

They even charged 25.00 to complete my FMLA for work. Ugg. How r u doing and what are your numbers

I am cash pay, I wonder if that has something todo with it. Just want them to set my date. They have everything including my money.

Dr. Lavin will be doing my surgery in May. Not to happy With return calls from his staff though. I have been waiting 3 days now for a call back

For me as well. But I just got clearance yesterday by the cardio. He back down to 7 days no aspirin after making him realize that he would request the same if he was doing surgery. My sleeve dr agreed to the 7 days. Now just waiting for them to call with my date.

Thanks for the info. I think that I'm a go with sleeves as well. I will be using Dr. Lavin for my surgery I will find out today my surgery date, so excited. If you r paying out of pocket how much is your doctor charging you. And what hospital in new Iberia

The Dr. said where they go in through your mouth into your stomach and staple your stomach it's a new procedure that he offers

Any opinion on the two weight loss surgery being one better than the other. Need to loose 150 pounds
