Hi folks,

I'm not sure if this is the right area, but I have a question. I have my date set for May 24th, I received all my clearances with one stipulation. My cardiologist does not want me to stop taking aspirin. I have a couple of stents that he is basing his decision on. Did any of you have problems with this? What was the solution? I can't believe that standing between me in poor health and me in better health is one small baby aspirin.

If anyone can provide guidance on this i would greatly appreciate it.

For me as well. But I just got clearance yesterday by the cardio. He back down to 7 days no aspirin after making him realize that he would request the same if he was doing surgery. My sleeve dr agreed to the 7 days. Now just waiting for them to call with my date.
