I weighed myself this morning and it said I gained 2 pounds... Wtf!! I ve been going to the gym 6 days a.week ...I do and 1 hrs cardio and 30/45 mins of weight training.. I only did 30 mins of cardio yesterday.. Had to leave something came up.. But Ive been sooooo good keeping up with my work outs... Im 2 mon and 4 days post op.. And Ive only lost 36 pounds since pre op.. Ive been at a stall for 2 weeks.. What I am I doing wrong...???? Oh my calorie intake is 750.. according to my fitness pal I burn around 400 at the gym... All I have to say is DISCOURAGING!!!!!!!!

I am feeling I have been really good sticking to,my Tbsp meals.. I have 3 Oz of solids twice a day.. However, I just had Tbsp of mash potato.. Tbsp of beans and a chicken tender.. Did I forget to mention its all from Popeye chiken.. Help I,feel guilty. Does anyone know.the nutritional value off us

For fot ro mention Im 6 Weeks post op

I also was wondering that Im 3 Weeks post op and I went back to work (graveyard shift) last week and Im having a hard time adjusting . I,need a energy boost .. Like a 5hr or something !!!

So I'm on my 3 week post op.. And on my last week of my liquid diet..but everytime I eat or drink my protein shakes I was get this feeling it just sits in my throat.. It's so uncomfortable... Has anyone experience this.. And how can I get rid of it!!

I have only eaten 4 Oz of cream Soup ..

I have Anthem BC of Ca and I just finished my psych eval yesterday and passed..Now Im waiting for my approval. Does anyone have this same ins and how long does it take to hear from them with the approval?

Pre op 216 Surgery date 203 Current 195 .. So from surgery date til today is 8 pounds.. My surgery date was April 26.. 1 week and 3 days to be exact... Im I on the right track? Seems so little!! Ugh!!

It was a success ...had surgery 4/26.. And going home today.. Just waiting for my discharge papers... Now the real fun begins!!!!

Well everything is done.. Just got done with my nut class... Im all ready for Fri (surgery day 4/26) my second birthday!!! YAY!!!!

Just scheduled my chest xray...what are they looking for?

So today I had my last app w my surgeon before the surgery.. And I ask him," what size of bougie are you using?" He replies Im dont use a bougie I use a small tube with a ball at the end. Then I ask ok .. Well what size is that? He then says oh around 21 / 23 ... Wow isnt that really small? Has anyone heard it being that small? Well whatever size I'm sure it will be fine.. I hope?

So I am day 2 of my liquid diet.. I read my Dr list of the different soups I can have.. It says cream of soups does that include cream of potato? Cream of broccoli?Chicken etc. since their are tiny little pieces of those soilds in them!

I completely agree pre op liquid diet sucks I'm also on day 1 !!! I hope this gets earlier!!!
