I need new jeans. (funny story)

I've known for a while that a new pair of jeans was going to have to happen soon. I have one pair that "fits" and by that, I mean that they are long enough on me. I am 6'1" and it's HARD to find women's pants/jeans that are long enough.

The one pair I have can be taken off withough even unbuttoning and unzipping them. That being said, and this might be more in the category of JUST PLAIN SAD, I took off running after my puppy yesterday and MY JEANS CAME DOWN IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD! One hand was tied up with her leash and the other was holding my pants up.

SAD, but fun at the same time! HA!

omg that is funny and I bet you instantly look around to see if anyone saw you, after you caught the dog that is,lol, you deserve new jeans after that!

I am not positive, but I think the appropriate comment is Congrats for losing so much weight?? LOL

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. . . I put on a pair of shorts this morning thinking they wouldn't fit yet, they fell right off. . . literally! It was so funny and made me sing "Pants on the Ground"!!!! so found a smaller size and they fit fine. . . what a great morning

It will be a long time before I get to buy new clothes after surgery...I have a closet full of clothes in sizes I cant wear all the way down to 12-14...the day I make it out of those I will be a train wreck.

Congratulations!

Ash - I had a similar experience so I kinda know how you feel. While pregnant I was in the grocery store when the elastic on my pants broke. Fortunately I was able to catch them before they hit the ground but it was embarrassing. But to have that experience from weigh loss --- you are doing awesome girl!!

that is so funny. girl go buy you some new pants. you deserve to have a new pair of jeans. buy them a little snug so they might last a little longer. good luck finding some in your length.

Amanda

That is a great story!! Made me chuckle too. Good luck finding some new jeans, I'm tall too so I always have a tough time finding long enough ones. I wear levi's alot just for that reason. Also JC Penney has a very good selection of talls.

Good luck!!

I totally got a mental picture ! ! ! Hope you had on undies. . . I remember one time I was home alone walking around the house, and had a pants on the ground episode. I go commando often, and least to say, I was grateful I was glad I was home alone.

lol at least i was home when it happened to me...lol.... was carting my baby around the house and went bright red i cant even imagin being on the street!!! for that you really DO deserve a new pair of jeans!!! well done chick!!! funny with bub on the way im slowly growing back into them, but you know the jeans deal...as the day goes on the jeans tend to loosen!!! gotta watch that one too lololol faulse sense of security when you put the suckers on at the begining of the day!!
