This is bandster hell where you are like why did I even do this I am just miserable on a (failing?) diet! Its horrible. It took me three fills totalling 6cc in a 10cc band to get good restriction...hang in there it is all totally worth it!

I haven't lost an ounce since surgery on 1/4. My first fill is next Tursday, 2/6. I've started being more active and getting exercise in when I can, but I'm looking forward to the "green-zone" and seeing some progress on the scale.< /p>

Unfortunately sometimes it can take a long time to get it right....I'm 1.5 years out and I still have hit or miss restriction. Tonight I was able to eat wayyyy too much lasagna and I think I need another fill. Of course earlier I was PBing, so....

Just because its a slider food( seems most slider foods are bad for you)after you get to the solid stage doesn't mean to eat more. PD's are productive burbs after you have (A) ate too fast or (B) ate too much. Sometimes they will help relieve your discomfort.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
