I designed this site after input from several friends who have had weight loss surgery, myself included. Many of us are new to dating and just discovering ourselves and dating in general is hard enough, let alone after weight loss surgery. I realized that lightweight jewelry feels much more comfortable for everyday wear, especially simple stud earrings. Hello! I'm almost 7 years post gastric bypass. Would like to lose about 30 pounds more, but I am happy with my long term results and minimal regain. Dating is not a problem for me, but I'm thinking that it would be a lot easier, if I could find a fellow traveler! Where's the best place to do that? What dating websites have you had success on? I tried Tinder but I live in a semi-rural area and I swiped so much that it kicked me 70 miles out to Washington DC, lmao. Do you find the people on the paid sites to be more serious? I tried POF and OkCupid but never had any luck on those.... that was many years ago, though. I feel like my criteria is VERY specific and there's not much hope, especially given the low selection pool where I live. I’m a single 39 y.o. mom, hard working professional, and new to San Diego. I am not really sure how to get out there to even just meet friends since I moved and then a pandemic started. My body has gone through a lot of changes and in the years to come I anticipate more. Im Dana had sleeve surgery April 2018 and am having the Duodenal Switch January 22nd 2020. I have lost 240lbs and still can't find a decent person to date. I'm awesome lol I don't really think I have any MAJOR character flaws...im thinking maybe it is my excess skin? It is awful

Hi Singles, I'm still on my weight loss journey. I would like to lose another 15 pounds. I wasn't sure when I started this journey what the end weight would be. Just lnew I had to get healthy, get off my b/p meds, stay away from diabtetes, etc. I feel more confident after losing 55 pounds, but I still can't imagine going on a dating site and putting myself out there. I've been on dating sites before, here and there, theres positive things that happen, weird things (scammers) and it takes a lot of energy. Hi I’m 34 and looking forward to having the sleeve next year. I’m really hoping this surgery will boost my confidence and help me get back into the flow of dating. I’m so tired of being used, closet girlfriend or finding out I’m a side chick. Oh that’s hard to even write. It hurts and has caused me to kinda shut down on the dating. So The majority of my adult life i have been single. Mainly because i didnt want to even try dating being so big. Living in Florida most girls love the beach, pools, waterparks ect... Hi everybody. I just came back from my first dietician and psychologist apoitment. I have gastric sleeve surgery planned for this september, and suddendly it became real. In my circle of friends I am the only one with obesity and I also don't know any other people that decided to go under this surgery. I'm looking for someone who understands the struggle to talk to. I feel excited and scared at the same time. I'm also struggling with social anxiety. Last few months I've locked myslef at home so I'm little wild now, I guess. I find it hard to to date because i feel most people don't understand I don't always want to explain myself. It's been since August 2nd 2012. I started at 405 lb and fluctuate between 179 and 205. I went on a date recently with someone and he decided on a whim that he wanted to take me out for sushi. I tried to suggest something else, but he was hungry. I ordered a few pieces of sashimi and ate the fish without the rice and told him I'm low-carbing it.
