… (Usually after a meal, when I accidentally gulp too much Water too fast, or after taking my morning medicine. Something about taking my three pills in the morning just leaves me feeling icky. I think it's the capsules before they make their way down, IDK)

Can you spread your morning meds out so you’re not taking them at the same time? Even spreading them out over 30 minutes may help so you’re not taking large mouthfuls too close together. I can do two mouthfuls to swallow meds but not a third. Struggled to take a Serc tablet one morning for my meniere’s vertigo. Just couldn’t swallow it as it was sticking in my mouth. Finally after 4 mouthfuls I got it down. Then I swear I took 3 steps to go back to bed and up all the water came (& the med ?).

Are any of the meds multi vitamins? Vitamins are renown for making you feel blah or nauseous. Can you split when you take them like I used to take one in the morning and the second one at night.

PS Congrats on your weight loss so far. Fantastic!

Thank you! Yeah, spreading it out does seem to help a bit, or literally 'eating' the meds with something that barely needs chewed, like yogurt or cottage cheese. The three I am supposed to take in the morning are Prilosec, Strattera, and Chantix. Something about those three together is a recipe for ick and I'm not sure why.

I wish I could ditch the Chantix but to keep from relapsing into smoking I don't dare yet. I've already slipped up a few times on the smoking; have to really focus on redirecting myself after eating to keep from lighting up while my food settles.

I thankfully don't have issues with my chewable vitamins and do space my Calcium out at least three hours from my multi with iron; I mainly need to focus on mindfulness regarding all of my intake. I am glad my relationship with food is getting better though! I don't completely restrict myself from any food but just keep in mind how the food will make me feel.

WIN: I'm definitely getting better about noting the difference between brain hunger and physical hunger and reach for a protein before a salty carb to sate cravings!

Hey ladies, I know we are all still winning. It's crazy we can get caught up in the every day monotony of life and think that oh this is not a win or this is just a regular day well today it decided to snow in Texas. We never get snow here really in this part of Texas. I got my ass up and went on a treadmill. I never work out on the treadmill. I always walk outside. That was a small win.

That’s a huge win in my eyes When I first started waking it was the raining season and I kept having to change the time I went and even just walked in the rain one day. I know in the past I would have stayed home and convinced myself it wasn’t my fault that I couldn’t help it and eventually broke my habit before it even really began. I’m glad you didn’t let the snow stand in your way either. It will just make you appreciate thee scenery of your next outdoor walk even more I bet.

Is that the roller thing? If so I don’t like it but many women in my class say it’s amazing.

I fit, comfortably, into a new Victoria Beckham dress I ordered in a UK size 6 ?

I was unsure when ordering but it was the only one in stock and I want a nice designer dress for my birthday in April, relieved.
