I love that @ShoppGirl! Getting rid of that all or nothing mindset! I'm the same way! A slip is not a slippery slope to HELL 😂😂😂. I don't know about you but I surely know I can't go back to the 300 pound me!

As time progresses and our journeys age I tend to forget about wins! I would say my win for the month is continuing to do the work. Sounds easy but it's NOT. Getting in the workouts, protein, water, etc is all daunting! My other win is that on special occasions I eat whatever I want now. I still live on an abstinence model of eating but I do not spiral out of control on the off plan days! I attended a festival and ate a mini funnel cake it was heaven it had been so long! I also ate Jamaican beef patties if you have not tried it it's a MUST!

My latest WIN... I haven't flown since my weight loss. I used to hide the seatbelt under my sweatshirt to make it appear buckled because I neeIMG_1761.JPGded an extender and was too embarrassed to ask for one. Last week I flew and had so much extra length on the seatbelt it felt really great.

This was huge for me too. Congratulations

@FlowerChild6200 you go girl! I love that for you! I used to do the same and would hope the flight attendant wouldn't actually want to see it check!

Win: keeping up the momentum. I don't know if any of you got to see the Kentucky Derby but it's such great symbolism for this journey. Golden tiempo was way in the back and on the final stretch, he passed all the horses up and won. On this journey, we might feel behind that we are not as far ahead as we should be, or we may have setbacks, but just keep pushing forward because the underdog always wins in the end.
