Yesterday was 29 days since my surgery and the first time I did something more than just going to the store. I went to a baseball game with my kids... WOW I was not ready for that. I felt terrible the entire time. Tired, sore, almost felt like I was going to pass out at times. I defiantly over did it. But I didn't want to deprive my kids of going to do something...
