May 16, 2007, one month before surgery 273lbs.

Me 2010, down 90 lbs!

Still trying to keep on track, I did get my Yellow Belt in Krav Maga this past weekend :devil_smile:

I started at like 336 and now at 195. I am also in that in between size 16 and 14.

Here is my latest picture. Down 135 right now

These are my before and after. I am down 60 lbs. This has been a tough year for me but the weight is coming off slowly but surely!!!

Two years post op pic number 1 yesterday pic number 2 one year ago.

So funny how I have very few "before" photos! I was usually hiding behind the camera. I am down about 15lbs from the last photo taken (with my surgeon Dr. Miles).

Though i would post a new before and after

first photo 285lbs second two 177lbs

Time for me to post some before and after photos. I am not at goal yet but I have gone from a size 22 to a size 6 so I am very happy. I have started exercising and counting calories again and am loosing about 3-4 lbs a month which is just great with me!:cool:

Today is my 3 yr Band - Anniversary...

I am so very happy today - I guess you can tell by the look on my face in my before and the smile I have to day..

It's so great to have my life back !!!

Here I am earlier this week and in October 2008, 5 months before surgery, 154 pounds heavier...

I haven't seen my neck in the better part of two decades!!

Here's a few before and afters....Still about 20 away from my "goal". But down from a size 20 to an 8!

Congrats to all.....looking thru these pictures totally motivates me!

Everyone looks great! I have to say thanks to all who have posted pics I have been looking at them for about 3 years and have gained alot of inspiration. I still have a little way to go I am about 2 1/2 years post op.

I have not been here in ages. The first pictures were taken in 2007 prior to my surgery. The last one I took about a month ago. I was banded on April 8, 2008. I went from a size 20 (237 pounds) to a size 12 (165 pounds).
