Well wonders never cease! I did it any way folks, this is one year out....can't wait to see what next year brings!

I had lapband surgery in May of 2008. I was a size 20 and 286 pounds.

Pre Lap Band...went from 286 to 195 and a size 10-12.

Got married 7/09 and then pregnant. Lap Band unfilled completely (never again!) and ballooned all the way back up to 283

Post baby 4/2010. I was around 250 here.

August 2011. Down to 159 and a size 7-8.

I can't believe I only have 9 pounds til goal. I've been heavy as long as I can remember. I remember being 12 and weighing 20-30 pounds more than I do now. So happy.

It's been almost three years! Slow and steady...haven't gained ANYTHING back!

60 lbs gone. 40 more to go.....banded since May of 2011. Plateaued but still working on it!

You look fab!! Can you please tell me how you got so toned!! Your arms, etc..

the first one is my before surgery and the second is 6 months later 80lbs down!

So far so good. The picture on the right is my work Christmas party from 2010 (4 months post op, and down ~ 50 lbs from start). The picture on the right is from my work Christmas party 2011. 125 lbs down, about 50 more to go.
