Oh well, now we have something to lol forward too ?

#4 Exercise, my favorite! I got up at 4:30 (ugh) to go the gym and work out with my trainer for an hour. 500 meters on the rower, weighted lunges, planks, Pallof presses, thrusters, dips, and some other stuff I've already forgotten. Then I came home and went for a 40 minute walk. I have crushed Thursday! ?

#4 Exercise-Got up and walked/jogged for 30 minutes at 5:30am. Will do another 30minutes tonight and 2 sets of 15 speed walks during the day today. Yay!

#4 exercise- ughhh LOL but I will try this butt and gut challenge and start today. I am crazy busy right now and through next week with my son's theater schedule but I am going to get in a walk tonight (even if it's inside in front of the TV...) and I will try a plank- how the hell do you do a plank? LOL

Ok, got up and went to gym before work as usual. Today was 30 minutes elliptical, and then hip abducters and adducters machines. I love those so I do extra. Then there's a glute weight machine. I also did my lunges and plank for the day. Any additional exercise is gravy or icing on the cake today!

OK joining this party - fashionably late. Sleeved march 2015. Current weight 128. maintenance but up 5 lbs My goal is to drop body fat to below 20 percent before a PS in June. And I am working on my Spanish! Fitness today - Walk at lunch for 20 minutes, 100 jumping jacks, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and 100 push ups.
Somebody (raise your hand if it was you!) suggested a book in one of the threads
The Emotional First Aid Kit: A Practical Guide to Life After Bariatric Surgery, Second Edition https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0054RXXS0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_0IGPCbK8PMAS3
It is really hammering home just how important exercise is for our success post op. For some reason it struck a chord even though I’ve read or heard most of it before.
Good luck today everyone and kudos to everyone who’s already gotten in their workout ????‍♀️?
