Food Before and After Photos

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

Lamb has a very distinctive taste. It is my tip top choice animal protein. You can send it to me next time ?

Do those mini waffle makers work? Should I buy one?

They work very well but of you have a larger family that likes waffles you may be better off with a traditional one

Nobody else likes waffles in the family... strange people. My daughter won't even eat toast - I swear she does not have one British gene in her! haha

Lamb fat is or can be very gamey. So I use cuts that don't have a lot of fat attached to it. Like the sirloin chops or lollipop chops make a better lamb gateway choice. :)

But those look beautiful!!

Ahhh i absolutely love lamb! It looks like you cooked it nicely! I posted a chicken cilantro stew that I made a couple of days ago but that dish I posted is traditionally made with lamb. Its called Seco de Cordero.

? I just want y'all to know that most red meat/game still tears me to shreds. But some sacrifices must be made for the greater good these days ??? ... so send me those recipes?

One word: Meatlube

:)

aka gravy and sauces. If you have issues getting meat to move quietly through your pouch, it can really help! ((hugs))

No, this is a life long problem. It goes down just fine... The rest ?. I just can't digest red meat/game well since childhood. Lamb/goat is the gentler of the offenders ? lately I've been dealing with the fallout because who cares if I ****my pants anymore ?

It was one of the main reasons I was a vegetarian for so long (plus I dont really love chicken)

Oh...and I hate gravy/sauces/dressings ? which is why y'all almost never see me talk about them unless it's a large recipe I'm making for more that just me.

Meatlube... Should be M*******

?????????????????????
