I'm going to take a crack at this one too! Will likely sub the flour with almond flour, sub the panko with some crushed Pork rinds and sub the honey with a mixture of liquid stevia & xanthan gum....

(Taste more like a milkshake honestly because of the flavors and thickness)

😍😍😍 Raspberry vanilla shake 😍😍😍

1/3 cup frozen mixed berries ,~15 oz Water (nearly freezing), ~2 oz Vanilla PP, 1 Water Enhancer (Raspberry True Lemon), * optional sugar substitute (orange stevia)

B........ L........E......... N ..........D......... and enjoy a milk shake like smoothie

Salmon Paté has made its way back into circulation... It will never leave for long honestly.

Slight Asian flair with Kimchi and raw cabbage/carrot/cucumbers (slaw?) On a lettuce bun of course

Paté is Maybe 3 oz by weight / .33 cup by measurement

Only ventured to eat half, Before and after

Base is chicken/cauliflower/egg and spices topping is cheese mixture, mushrooms and red pepper. Tiny bit of Tomato with onion spices and herbs in between :)

Sesame crusted seared yellow tail
Edamame Pasta salad w spicy peanut dressing
Coleslaw with sesame dressing
Sautéed green Beans and zucchini

Only before, no after, I ate it all! 😊

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
