One of the head physicians (there are three of them for three different radiology sub-departments) talked about the planned possible new versions of the on-duty-schedule and all of them SUCK!!! making it worse for us so we gave him our quite strong opinions on this for about an hour this very morning during the meeting.

We need 2 to 3 more coworkers, ideally already being able to do 24 h shifts - but even if not, they'll still be helpful during the daytime. Several people went away and nobody came for them so of course there're problems now! Give us more manpower again and the problems will be solved! Seriously, it's not that hard to understand.

Glad everyone said something instead of just going along with it, I hope they listened carefully.

I doubt. The two other head physicians were more like "This won't work!" than anything else anyway.

In the end this will hopefully be much-a-do-about-really-much, at least this is what I'm hoping for.

Anyway, we demanded a simulation, i. e. a whole month's schedule WITHOUT violating the law regarding allowed maximum working time (including vacation time problems and maybe one person being sick) - ever single of these plans will crumble down like a house of cards!

WOW. Did they agree to hire more staff if it fails?

So as opposed to @sillykitty's "Find What's Missing" game, this is the "Find the Camel On The Dollar Bill" game? :D

I'm back BABY!!!

Temporarily anyway... I missed yogurt sooooo much.

After 2 months without it, plus doctor's visits tp confirm, the conclusion is giving it up probably won't solve my dumping or GERD so here we are together again at last ❤

Matcha lemon yogurt with nuts and raisins (completely mixed in) before and after

Oh, did you yourself have the impression that it changed something in your GERD when you didn't eat dairy? I guess not if you're back to eating yoghurt again.

GERD triggers can be hard to find.

It is Valentina. It's a Mexican hot sauce, but not hot at all. I'm not sure how I feel about it after surgery. I used to love it before. My son-in-law is Mexican and had me try this. I told him it wasn't for me, but it's very good.

No true change to dumping or GERD but I wanted to give it long enough to prove right or wrong

How do you prepare this? I might try it with the Alpro substitute.

I mix Matcha (green tea) powder with liquid lemon stevia into unflavored greek yogurt

Its my absolute favorite variation

I imagine it would work with any type of yogurt or substitute

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
