Is there anyone out there ready to brave the Winds of March or the Showers of April just to get your surgery? Any one share the same day?

Same here. You've set up a good expectation of the process. Better to expect it to be hell and pleasantly surprised if it is not.

Is there a story how you met? He's not exactly,the boy next door although there is a Melbourne Fla. April hmm sounds like a good time for surgery, our spring& your Autumn. Sure do hope every thing works out well for you. So where in Oz is your surgery going to be? Melbourne or somewhere else? I guess I'm a nibby old biddy but I like to know these things. Texting people overseas I guess is my way of traveling the world.

Finished requirements yesterday. Got the call this morning and have surgery scheduled for March 7th! Pre-op class tomorrow and 1-week liquid starts the Feb. 28th. Full steam ahead!

You guys! My surgeons office is submitting to my insurance either today or tomorrow. Fingers crossed and prayers for approval!!!!!

Good Luck Jessica!!! I just got my blood work done today and all my instructions for when I arrive at the hospital March 16th.

We met online in a general chat room (not a dating website). Chats turned to phone calls, which turned in to holidays and marriage. Married in Melbourne Australia and we moved back to the states at the end of the honeymoon. Unfortunately only been home to visit Australia once in almost 17 years of marriage.

I am converting sleeve to RNY on March 7. Start my 2 week diet on feb 22. Little nervous my wife is having trouble with her pouch has a ulcer making it hard to eat the right foods.

March 7th for me too. Pending approval of insurance.
