November sleevers here

I’ve been stuck at 147 lbs for three weeks and it’s starting to mess with my head. Today’s my birthday so I took some new pictures and looking at the comparison is really helping me deal with the emotional aspect of stalling and realizing how far I’ve come. I also bought myself a full length mirror for the first time in my life and I’m excited to hang it up! @redhead_che - you look incredible and you’re an inspiration! I can’t wait until my scale reads that number, although my stomach will never look that good in a bikini 🤣image-0.00298023223876953.thumb.jpg.79c2ed55c2901fcc099ccad6dedfbd35.jpg

Wow that's incredible you look terrific. I've lost 120 total but I'm very concerned. I've had to have surgery on my foot and I can't walk for 5 weeks. I know I've gained some weight back and I'm worried about getting back into my old habits.

Thanks! Honestly most of my workouts are HIIT style (30 min avg) including free weights and keeping my heart rate up. My exercise ideas come from my coworker (bless her) or Pinterest—I literally have a whole Pinterest board dedicated to examples of workouts. It’s got so many resources and options to save and go back to!

All of my WLS stuff is on private boards, so they would not show up to anyone that follows me :( Sorry! Most people that follow me on pinterest are not aware of the surgery. While I'm not hiding it from anyone, I'm not broadcasting it either :P

The most unusual stuff that I do regularly. Is Protein mugcakes (syntrax protein, coconut flour, baking powder skim milk microwaved)

Or Premier Protein milk shakes (which is basically freezing a premier protein throwing it in a blender with some skim milk Splenda and either sugar free vanilla pudding mix or PB2 powder)

Both easy filling very tasty and practically all protein.

Here's a non-scale victory: being able to fit into AND BUTTON this cardigan for the first time since 2014.

2014 on the left, today is on the right.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
