All I can say is this weight loss feels AMAZING!! The old me is coming back and ready for it all! This journey has had its ups and downs but the best part is seeing a better me [emoji847]

I can only hope for such an awesome weight loss, can you tell me how hard it was to change your eating habits, I hear some say they dont have cravings anymore to some people saying in desperation that they want to eat everything but cant.

I don't have crazy cravings anymore and it was hard to eat in the beginning so that made me stay away from all the things I use to love...
