  1. I don't have crazy cravings anymore and it was hard to eat in the beginning so that made me stay away from all the things I use to love...
  2. Yes it stall at exactly 1 month out and my stall lasted a month
  3. My biggest tip is to watch what you eat! It's very important

  10. Just wanted to do a 3 month update! I had my surgery on 8/31/2016 in Atlanta, GA. Highest weight 330lb.... surgery weight 319lb...... current weight 265lb. I can truly say I feel great! I'm not where I want to be but the progression there has definitely been enjoyable even when my weight stalled. To everyone who's just starting their journey keep pushing you will be glad you did in the end. Happy Holidays

  12. I'm 3 days post-op and I can barely sleep at night. Is this normal? I'm sooo over chicken broth has any tried veggie broth? Is it better?
