  1. Thank you when I thought about it I became so happy
  2. Major NSV I finally weigh less then what is on my DL. For the longest my DL has said I weighed 255 even though I was my highest weight of 311.8. It feels good to finally be less than what's on there. Had to share. Oh yea btw insomnia still sucks
  3. I was going through that thought I was extremely lactose intolerant all of a sudden but it got better. I am 9 days post op and it is not as bad now
  4. I'm going to look into starting a gastric sleeve weekly support group in my area kind of like weight watchers were we can weigh if we want and share tips. What do you all think? All groups are once a month I need a little more than that

  6. Ok thank you and I have premier protein I bought a lean shake lactose and gluten free and gas was still pretty bad
  7. Before surgery mon-fri I did 20,000-25,000 steps and weekends I did 10,000 on Saturday and 10,000 on Sunday. I am now 5 days post op how many steps should I be getting in

  17. I have the chewable multivitamin, b1, beta carotene, biotin, omeprazole, ursodiol, and my thyroid meds. Need to figure out a timing schedule for when to take what

  19. I didn't want any issues so I said I rather wait to get my hair done my first real day out the house
  20. You can do this. What's crazy is you want it so long and when you get it the entire things feels surreal
