    Hi , I'm Lisa and lost 5 stone since oct 2016 . I have not lost anything now for 4 months but I do think I'm eating the wrong foods and returning to bad eating habits. So thought I would visit here for some motivation and tips . I don't want my journey to end yet !!!!

    Hi guys I'm interested to hear people's experiences. I had surgery on oct 19 2016. I have lost since surgery 5 stone. I have not lost anything for over 2 months , not a single 1lb. I am just nervous that this is the end for me . Please share if anyone have experienced this ?

    I was 22 stone when I had op . lost 5 stone in under 5 months . My Bmi at the start of this journey was just under 40.
