Don't worry too much about it... I honestly won't lose for a week or two, then boom, pounds are lost! I weigh myself just once every week or two and find it helps me stay chill about the process, which is stressful to most of us. All the best!

The first couple months I felt so upset and depressed. But by the 3rd month. I felt great. So just relax and it will get batter.

Great job that is amazing i am have gastric bypass in a few months.. this is my 4th time in 6 years tryna go for this . Its for my 5 kids and my health. Have a good one
