  9. I had gastric bypass last May 25th. I did really well until I hit around 7 months I've noticed my stomach is stretching and I'm eating and drinking things I know I'm not allowed. Now I've gained 8-10 back and I'm so disappointed in myself. Is this normal? How do I get my pouch to shrink so I can continue losing weight to get to my goal. I've lost around 60 lbs but I still need to lost around 45 more lbs. I need some help on this.

  19. Its to early for any kind of exercise of any kind. You're body is still healing and you don't want to pull your sutures loose and have to put yourself through more pain and surgery perhaps. Listen to your doctor they know what's best and will put you on exercising as soon as they bill that you were able.
